Zombies

Have you ever been sitting at home just relaxing, when suddenly everyone around you turns into zombies?! I have!! Just the other night in fact! I was hanging out with my dad in the living room, when suddenly all these people came over. Everytime Mom tried to take a photo, people turned into Zombies!!!!!!! In this photo, little Eden is coming in for the punch... She's not quite a zombie yet... But then BAM! She turned into a blurry mess of a Zombie... And if you look closely, her big brother Elijah is starting to turn into a Zombie, too!
And what do I do to Zombies? Well, I pull out their hair of course! And oh my dear goodness, look behind me! My own DAD is turning into a Zombie!!!!
Dad, Elijah, Eden....I'm surrounded by ZOMBIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMEONE HELP ME!
Someone must have prayed for Eden, because she turned back to normal. Abby rescued her...but watch out behind you!!! BEN WENT ZOMBIE ON US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wait...what mom? They aren't Zombies? That's just the camera set on a shutter speed too slow??? Well, I hope you learned your lesson. Next time I expect photos with NO MORE ZOMBIES!

Eden and Elijah are the kiddo's of my friends Shawn and Misty, who grew up with my mom! She was even a bridesmaid in their wedding way back when. They are missionaries in India, just came home to give birth to Eden. They've been here most of the spring and summer, but this weekend was time to head back. Saturday morning, all four of them packed up and boarded a plane for India - a long two day journey back home. So the next time I see Eden, I'll be walking and talking and hopefully have as much hair as she does!
