Day 2 of camping, the weather was amazing!! God couldn't have given us a better weekend to go camping. It was nice, but not too hot. And it was cold enough at night that the campfire felt great, and the s'mores tasted great! Day 2 of camping was fun, too, because Mom took us kids into town to meet up with Grammy and Gramps! But there's another post on that... None of us slept very good, partly because we were sleeping in a tent in a campground full of people with ATV's and dirtbikes...so needless to say it was rather noisy until very very very very late into the night. And I had never slept in a tent before. So when the sun woke up, I woke up, too. Here's my morning face....
After everyone ate b'fast, the guys (and Robin) all suited up for a full day on the trails. Mike had a spare helmet, so of course Daddy helped me try it on!
And then I borrowed Eden's bike and pretended I was riding on the trails too!
Then Elijah and I climbed up on the ATV and pretended more. Wait, I'm backwards! Help!!
I think Eljiah is my new boyfriend. He invited me on a date inside his tent! (But first I had to take off my shoes so I didn't drag leaves into his tent...)
It was a wonderful camping trip, and I can't wait to go back again! I don't have any posts about day 3, the day was cut short when someone *cough Ben cough* got hurt! If you know him, email him and ask for the video - it's on tape! He's got it uploaded on photobucket...
