Adventures in Nixa

Last weekend was quite an adventure!! Piled into one massive truck was Grammy, Gramps, Mom, Dad, Peanut, Turk, Ophelia and me!! We were all traveling down to Nixa to visit family and get our winter firewood. Mom was telling me about all the cousins I would get to play with, so of course I was excited!

So far, my playtime has mostly been indoors with small toys. But down in Nixa, the kids are mostly older so the toys are bigger and outside... I was hesitant at first, but I studied the patterns and behaviors of my cousins and soon took a liking to these mammoth toys... I watched my fellow redheaded cousin Emma slide....

And then I did!
Grammy helped me walk all over the back porch. My back porch is concrete, whereas this one was wood.
Then I discovered the rock wall! I had seen the Ninja Warriors on G4 Network climbing similar obstacles, so I thought I would give it a try too...

Then I tried the swing, but that dang sun was in my eyes, so I didn't enjoy it too much.
But alas, I found a smaller swing in the shade that I liked much better.
Finally after a long play session outside, I came inside to eat some lunch where my cousin Kendra made me a wonderful filling lunch! Fun and adventure always surround you in Nixa!
