I was born on a Wednesday and that following Saturday I got to come home! It was a good day, the snow from my birthday had just melted off.. And those two creatures called DOGS that I'd been hearing bark for the last nine months, well, I finally got to see them. Warning...they get right up in your face. But I am not scared of them. Even that big black one. I am about the size of his head, but he's a good dog. The brown one has a wet nose all the time, but she's scared of loud noises and I am not.
It was nice to be home...the chalkboard in the kitchen had a nice welcome for me. I don't think that looks anything like me though. What do you think?
Within seconds of getting in the door, I think an airplane wrote in the sky I was home because the house became filled with visitors. Here's the long list...Grandma and Grandpa Pruitt, Mom and Dad (duh), Grant Kathy and Uncle John, Marion Murphy, Moriah and Jakob Johnston. See again, I am proving I am loved.
I got a new outfit for the occasion, always a bonus for a little girl. But like most baby clothes they were way too big. Here's a photo that makes my mom laugh, I think my grimace is because the light was way too bright. See how I am trying to hold my hand up and block the sunshine?
