Smiling Mornings

Today is a good day. It's Tuesday, it's bible study day, it's my Grammy and Gramps 36th Wedding Anniversary! (PPSSSSTTT, that's your reminder Gramps if you are reading this!) But this morning was so wonderful... I woke up feeling quite rested, but I quickly realized that I was alone in the room. Where was everyone??? So I let out a little whimper and sure enough, within seconds I saw mom's figure fill the doorway walking towards me. I love her...so I smiled really big to show her. Which made her smile really big too. She changed my diaper and put me in a cute outfit my Grandma bought me, then she gave me a warm bottle. Oh those taste great!! I kept smiling at mom, and she kept looking at me with amazement in her eyes. Near the end of the bottle, she leaned down close to my head and whispered, "You are so beautiful, I love you." And I smiled and "coo"ed for her. I loved her reactions to my smiling, so I kept smiling for her the whole time she finished getting ready for work. It was a great morning with my mommy. Dad must already left for work, becuase I never once saw him...

Well, either no one checks this blog or no one thought of a funny caption for my contest. Not one caption has been submitted over comments or email. Hmmm... I have several posts to make, but had been waiting so that the funniest caption contest post would stay on top. Maybe that contest will go by the way side. I liked it though... Okay, I'll try it again in a bit and see if I get better responses second time around.
